As far as I know, Mute NEVER pressed a CD+DVD remaster package that was NOT SACD in the UK. They did press an only CD+DVD remaster set in the United States though. So just make sure it is from the UK. You could write to ask Mute. Years ago when they first came out I ordered mine from cdwow but they did NOT say they were SACD either. We assumed because Mute only pressed the UK CD + DVD remasters as SACD hybrid discs.
There was a lot of confusion on sites because often the DM cd remaster sets were never listed as SACD even though they were. So it's worth the try.
The DM 101 and Playing the Angel discs were also available as SACD but those were not advertised well at all. In fact I just ordered the SACD PTA disc from Mute the other day.
101 is selling in the secondary market for $150+ from Amazon yet you can still get it from Mute which seems absurd.
So yes, try the www.mute.com (UK) store.

You're badly mistaken.
The one you're linking and referring to at Mute is the CD+DVD edition, NOT the SACD. You can also tell by the serial #. The SACD+DVD edition is DMCD5, while the CD+DVD edition is DMCDX5.
Mute has abandoned SACD, and this title was reissued this spring in the UK (and rest of Europe for that matter) without the SACD layer. So if you try the mute UK store you will most certainly not get the SACD edition.
I'm sure most of the people trying to hunt this down is aware of this though. This is a rare SACD these days, and by far the rarest Depeche Mode SACD.
I can however cough up a brand spanking new copy of this if anybody's willing to trade the Cardigans - Long gone before daylight SACD for it.

Well as a hardcore DM fan, I buy absolutely everything when it first comes out. So I really didn't care to stay up to speed on the fact that as of this spring, Mute is no longer issuing the UK CD+DVD release with the SACD. (which sucks)
Glad I got all of mine then. If I find any SACD's of BC anywhere I will definitely post it here.

You will notice it does say "SACD" for disc one and specifies it. Hopefully this is not an oversight in their listing despite getting new non SACD remasters. But it does in fact say SACD for Black Celebration.

I did as well, but wrote them a note asking them to send it only in case it really is the SACD version (DMCD5) and not the simple remaster (DMCDX5). Unfortunately they sent me a reply, that they have the latter, so they'll cancel my order. This simply seems to be gone:(
Still I hope one of us will find a source.

Just keep looking at the prices on here daily. I got mine via Amazon.fr a few weeks ago for only 32 Eur. Don't give up ; )

I got mine recently from ebay UK, where it was not listed as an SACD, but I risked it and got it for £12.
Lot of people have the SACD version but dont know.
