CD Universe listing for Black Sabbath
http://www.cduniverse.com/productinfo.asp?pid=7727614&WID=10129319
appears to include a SACD

What do we think about these two, also from Sanctuary
http://www.cduniverse.com/productinfo.asp?pid=7664279&WID=10129313
and
http://www.cduniverse.com/productinfo.asp?pid=7733446&WID=10125500

Elsewhere on the web, I've seen mention of 5.1 mix on the second disk of the Brain Salad Surgery.

Anyone know more ?

I would say: the first one (BSS) yes, the second one (PAAE) not.
I do not quite get sanctuary's SACD policy yet. There seems no logic behind, why certain disc receive the MCH treatment and some others don't. First I thought they just wanted to get as much as they can out of the already excisting MCH mix of BSS (done for DVD-Audio) but Paranoid has never been released as a DVD-Audio before. So my guess is: Paranoid and BSS have been recorded in Quad and PAAE has not, hence no SACD since they rarely invest in making new 5.1 mixes in pop music nowadays (unfortunately they do not seem to see the benefit of a Stereo SACD either, which is too bad for them since I ain't buying the RBCD remasters.)

PS. Notice the Hybr. in the additional info? BSS and Paranoid have it, PAAE has it not :-(
