I know the word "dual" has different meanings, but reviewing a hi-rez item to write "dual disc" is a bit disinformating...
"Dual disc" is a dead format since many years!
I only think of the format with DVD and CD layers combined if it is written as DualDisc. When I see dual disc, I take it to mean 2 discs are included.

This set contains 1 SACD/CD disc + Blue Ray disc. No "DualDisc" at all.

Since this set is Blu-Ray vs. SACD, it's more like "duel disc!"

Will it remain at the same price and same configuration when it is available from Amazon.com or is the current price/configuration for this "testing" of the different formats only?

It will be the same configuration with the two-disc-set. The price is set by our US importer, but any differences from the European price would have more to do with the state of the USD currency than the configuration.

Nor does it contain a "Blue Ray" disc, for there is no such thing.

It is however a dual disc set, just not a DualDisc.

There is a Blue Ray disc, though I have not seen it yet...I HAVE heard the SACD and it is, as usual, STUNNING!!!!!!!! 2L has now joined Caro Mitis as one of my two absolute favorite labels!!!!
