For starter, I can't think any other composer's work is more suitable than Mozart.
Mozart: Clarinet Concerto, Quintet - Martin Fröst
Mozart: Piano Concertos Nos. 9 & 25 - Brendel
Mozart: Violin Concertos Nos. 1, 2 & 5 - Fischer, Kreizberg
Great music, great performance, great sound. Can't ask anything more than that, can we? ;-)
