As noted in the entries here, these were originally issued as single layer in North America and hybrids in Europe. I really should have split these into separate entries but it's a bit late now. Most of the copies available for purchase today are the hybrids (flagged as "imports" by amazon.com).

BTW, many of the hybrids are currently on sale at JPC.de, for 9 Euro each.

Resurrecting an old thread, I know, but I gotta ask: For each of these releases, is the SACD layer on the hybrid disc the same as the SACD layer on the US single-layer disc?
