Much of your wishes are available in MCh and/or SACD. Steve Miller exists as dts 5.1 DVD-Video, Steely Dan will come as a Stereo-SACD in Japan in June, Neil Young & Yes/Fragile as MCh-DVD-As.

Thanks. Most seem hard to find. Although I did just pre-order the new Steely Dan "aja" and a couple other of the SHM-SACDs from jp. Hope the quality is equal to the price. If they are this could be the future of Pop/Rock sa-cd.

For starters I'd like a better resolution disc of Joni Mitchell's Blue, and Glenn Gould's State of Wonder set. Now with that said you know my age demographic.

Ha!

How about 1/2 Japanese and the Circle Jerks?

No really, I'd be happy if they'd just have the courage to release the discs that have already been recorded to DSD, but didn't complete the process of burning and releasing the hirez discs. (The Brian Eno catalog is most notable here).
Or better yet, if the labels actually had the courage to market and promote the Rolling Stones Hybrid SACDs and write "SACD" somewhere on or near the actual disc.

Heh, heh, Not sure if SACD is even a good tax write off at this point.

Enrico Caruso would be nice, and to come think of it: J. S. Bach playing his own organ pieces, Paganini & Liszt and also a couple of the most famous castrati singers of the 17:th and 18:th centuries...

Amy Grant? I think I threw up a little in my mouth. Oh well, I'd like some Dan Fogelberg so I guess we're even.
