you have reviewed this disc (or anyone else who has heard it!), could you tell me whether there is a multi-channel layer on it? on this site it seems to be only stereo, but there is a review on goodsound.com which clearly states that it is also MC (it also states that it is a realistic MC remix)

I think you're right and it is multichannel. I found another site which lists it as such. It's a great performance ... I've had the CD for a while and like it a lot.

thanks for that! i see that Tacet are starting to release on SACD now. they have quite a few dvd-audios which are of excellent quality (i have the debussy/ravel/faure string quartets which is 96/24 PCM and sounds fantastic). they also recorded the motets so maybe they will release that on SACD. apparently on that recording the orchestra is in front and the two choirs are at right and left rear. i have the alessandrini vivaldi opus 111 release which goes for this MC setup and will review it soon.
