I think that Mahler's Tenth Symphony (1911) is the most beautiful music in the world. Especially the finale is unforgettable - the emotional and peaceful farewell to life.

Well, we have few realizations of the score: Cooke (the most popular, I think), Samale/Mazzucca, Barshai and Carpenter. Which one is your favorite?
My own favorite is Deryck Cooke's reconstruction. I have the full score (published by Faber Music). Cooke's realization follows quite directly the composer's manuscript - the manuscript staves are printed at the below of the score. We surely need a multi-channel SACD recording of the score.

What do you think?

I'm fairly new to Mahler's work and although I recently purchased M10 by Zinman, yesterday I placed an order for the Rattle/Berlin M10 on DVD-A when a copy appeared on Amazon.de at an agreeable price because the word on the web is, it's a good performance and in multichannel. I hope to be able to say good things about it and perhaps one day, it'll make a BDA appearance if not on SACD.

I recently purchased

Mahler: Symphony No. 10 - Sieghart

I can't compare the various versions. But based on zeus' recommendation recently, I purchased this. It's actually not obscenely expensive on Amazon.com from some Japanese sellers. The SQ is quite good.
