Just to confirm that new Sony SCD-XA1200ES CD/SACD player will be available in Europe and possibly here in Australia.

It will play mp3 discs as well :):):).

aplhifi.com have a new SACD player based on the Teac/Esoteric SACD player, but as it only keeps the transport and the casing it would seem to be essentially a new player rather than a modification.

I used to write down all the players I heard about, there still are a few that are not in your list:
Atoll CD/DVD/SACD JLTi SACD Player(sony) xindak sc2 opera consonance 2.0 apl(denon) Dac6, CDSD and Switchman Meridian G08 Alex Peychev's APL Hi-Fi player
I think some of them are modified players, anyway I guess it's worth a check!
