Great. How are those pages accessed?

Currently...

Select Composers from the dropdown top right, select the composer of your choice then click on "show works" at the bottom. If you then click on the work name it will show all discs including that work.

You can also jump directly to the works and recording lists by clicking on either the composer or work name links in the Works section right at the bottom of (most) title details pages. For example if you're looking at details of a disc with a recording of a particular work you can click on that work name to see all other recordings, then use the stars or whatever for comparison purposes.

And if the actual drop down menu doesn't include a scroll bar to speed up vertical navigation (as the prototype hasn't), anytime you click on a drop-down menu, type the first letter of the composer you want to search, and the menu will jump to it automatically.

For example, to jump from the start of the menu to Wagner, type 'w' and the menu will jump to W, and Wagner should be just a lille further down. You can do this anytime and jump from A, B or C to X, Y or Z.

I wonder if it would be helpful to direct folks that direction through informative labeling?

I have something coming up just for you.

You have already pointed me in the correct direction. Of course, I'm sure you want major features of your website to be obvious.

Do any 64-bit browsers exist?

...

Something to keep an eye on if you're interested in a 64-bit version of Firefox. These are developer releases, but it looks like Firefox are well on the way to a stable production release of 64-bit Firefox quite soon.

Also, Adobe have recently released a 64-bit production version of Flash player which will integrate well with 64-bit version of Firefox.

One thing is for sure there won't be any Flash on this site.

Six pages done:

/composers2.php
/discs2.php?composer=241&page=1
/recent2.php
/upcoming2.php
/toplibrary2.php
/toprecommendations2.php

Edit: make that seven:

/topsellers2.php

Zeus and Polly, I dig what you are doing and I think it will be very positive.

Lots of work man, concentration and dedication, kudos to you.

It looks great so far.

Can I request a change to the forum page? I like filtering by medium (SA-CD etc.) on the reviews pages, and it would be nice to have that functionality on the forum page as well.

Keep up the good work. Thanks.

Two more updated pages:

/works2.php?composer=37&page=1

This now allows a search among the names of works for the selected composer. The search term only has to be contiguous characters, so "sym" will find all symphonies, "988" will find the Goldbergs. If you're a classical listener I think you'll find this a great resource, with over 23K recording entries hand crafted by Polly over many years.

/discsbylabel.php

This an expanded version of the alltitles2 page to now enable label selection. The non-thumbnail view (alltitles) will be retired.
