This was nice surprise. Pictures at an Exhibition, Night on a Bare Mountain & Songs and Dances of Death. What a pleasure...
I guess that Song cycle is here Kalevi Aho's arrangement - he orchestrated this piece in 1970s.

I'd assume it's the Shostakovich orchestration, but we'll see.

By the way, BIS released Aho's arrangement about ten years ago with composer's Third Symphony.

It is the Shostakovich orchestration as confirmed by the back cover. I have not played it yet.
