Not shooting the messenger at all but if it's anything like Top Music's recent Feliciano SACD (later re-recordings, not the original - classic, definitive - RCA studio takes.. in bright, thin, digital sound) I'd avoid it like the plague.

There's only a couple of hits on this, so those could be re-recordings but the rest of it I wouldn't think so.
I'll wait and see what early adopters have to say.

According to the Quadraphonic Discography, FIVE Jose Feliciano discs were released in QUAD:
10 to 23.....Alive~O.....Compartments......Feliciano and Fireworks (the latter two were CD~4 Japanese pressings).
Would be wonderful to have these available in 4.0 on SACD!
Ironically, the iconic album Feliciano, remastered in 2011 is only available as a CD~R (manufactured upon demand) from AmazonUS.

Yes, it's on Acoustic Sounds website as a new arrival.
As for Amazon manufacturing on demand I'm pretty sure all you end up with is of MP3 resolution.
