Fine sounding SACD....did a comparison with the original remaster. The live album shines in comparison considering the drunken nature of the performance while I thoroughly enjoyed the studio 1st half. I am a Kink lover and it is a worthy upgrade although the Kinks Velvel Koch stuff sounded pretty good to begin with. These Hybrids are good....This album has a few Kink gems, Celluloid Heroes, Sitting In My Hotel, Supersonic Rocket Ship.....

Good remaster indeed. This one happens to be the first Kinks SA-CD I ever bought. I was so impressed that the rest of the entire Kinks SA-CD collection followed up the next month (except for the best-of compilations, which are redundant).
