Im not a big Johnny Mathis fan, but my wife wanted me to get a cd to play on christmas morning, something a little traditional. The cd has good quality sound, and he actually does a good job back by a big band. The cd seems a little bright though.

Originally from 2002. Haven't listened to the stereo mix yet. Vocals come from both front speakers with good surround. Not his best, by any means, but a fun Holiday surround SACD. Surround mix by Doug Sax and James Guthrie. Who would've guessed?! In this day and age finding surround SACD's at a reasonable price is a treat.
