This is quite the best you can get I think. On both levels, of performance and sound quality. Strongly recommended. The multi-channel is just incredibly involving, it seems to deliver power without aggressiveness with a very succulent depth. On the performance level, expect to find a myriad nuances both in articulation and sound sculpting. That's what they do, the transform sound in a powerful and artistic way. Tempi are so well kept in all tracks, Jansons'ideas are extremely clear and the Concertgebouw Orchestra perform them with a delicious and contagious eagerness. What a SACD!
