Telarc SACDs are world famous for their discrete multi-channel sound. This isn't exception. Maurice Ravel's Boléro is composer's most famous orchestral work, and Erich Kunzel and Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra gives new energy and expression of this masterwork. Snare drum's quiet rhythm sounds very good, and work's end is effective; bass drum's strikes are stunning (watch out your subwoofer!).Very interesting performance. The other works are performed also very good (specially Bizet's two Carmen Suites). Buy this, this is very enjoyable listening experience! Don't hesitate, Telarc recordings are real hi-fi!
