NO BASS ANYWAY !!!!!! ONLY TRANSE SOUND, always the same things on the tracks, very boring !!!

Previous review is one of the most stupid I've ever read here. Congrats guy, you're an award winner ! Sorry but when you don't like a band or the way it sounds, don't post any idiot review about your (bad) taste. It's nothing but useless.

Here we have one of the excellent MOFI Dead Can Dance remasters. The Serpent's egg is considered by a large amount of listeners as one of the best albums from this band. And this particular SACD duplicates the pleasure you've got listening to it. Everything is clearer (Lisa's voice !), stereo image is almost three dimensional and everything in the mix is now distinguishable. Despite the lack of deep bass (yeah mate, it's not boom boom like you seem to appreciate !), it's a very well done mix to drown into the mysterious harmonies of DCD. Fantastic job by Mofi on a great record based on medieval, classical and world music influences. With Into the Labyrinth and Aion, Dead can Dance at its best !
