What the heck was I thinking? This is the worst misuse of high fidelity media I've come across. What a waste of my money!
It is essentially a men's choir covering mostly pop songs with a drum machine and synth for accompaniment. Eric Clapton's "Tears in Heaven" as might be sung in the Sistine Chapel??? There is some of what sounds like recorder and flute at times. The voices are way back behind the artificial noise too, with lots of reverb.
Boring, inane, trivial, ridiculous, soporific.
Good points? They do sing in tune.
The stereo sonics rating is the average of the synth and the voices. I could imagine the multichannel tracks might have a sense of presence but only listened in stereo SACD.
