Performance: Sonics:
After I bought The Optimist I decided I probably couldn’t go wrong buying Platypus as well. Well I did go a bit wrong because this albums is completely different to The Optimist. This is a much more straight foreword jazz album. Even though I like this album because of it’s musicianship I really prefer The Optimist.
Platypus is a nicely recorded non exciting album. I guess it’s one of my least played SACDs.
