This is a brilliant debut by singer Maria Winther!
Her voice is just beautiful. Calm, mature and bright.
Choice om standards is very smart and unusual.
Accompanying musicians sound great too but vocals are
always in focus.
Sound is probably among the best I´ve heard on
a vocal jazz SACD!
Mixing is in 4.1 and its very natural. Only
real acoustic reverberation. No overdubs or effects.
Everything under 60Hz goes to the LFE.
This is a must buy for soundfreaks and for musiclovers, jazz or not!
