Lady Kim vcl, M. Ohishi p & fender rhodes & B3 & pianica, B. Sakai b, T. Campbell ds, H. Toki ss & as, S. Inoue ft, Eighty-Eight`s 2004.
Lady Kim sings eleven well known jazz standards, but that`s everything but boring. Her goose-pimples-rising way of singing, the thrilling interpretations, the fantastic musicians accompanying her, some nice soloing and the perfect sound of the disc – everything here is extraordinary.
