Well, I found this at a small record shop near me. It doesn't have hybrid stickers on it, or a propoganda card. So unless you read the text on the back of the SACD, you wouldnt easily notice it was a SACD.
Recorded in 1969/1970, it is an album of soundtracks they did for films. Sound quality is great, these guys must have used nice an simple mike setups, as the recordings sound very live and real.
If you havn't heard CAN before, theyre a kraut rock band (something like german progressive rock cross phsycadellic). If you like bands like Gong, Soft Machine, King Crimson, then CAN will be something you'll enjoy.
Im not a reviewer, I just know I listened to the albumb 5 times in a row and still wanted more of the driving bass and percussion lines.
