Marion Meadows soprano and tenor sax is reminiscent of Kenny G, but IMO there's too much synthesized music on this SACD which I think detracts from the talents of this fine musician. I did very much like "Noche Privada" (track 5) which was a very pleasant departure from the pace of the rest of the album.
Sonically this is another fine example of how the use of SACD can create a spacious soundfield with great resolution and imaging. There are ten very positive review extracts at the Telarc web site for this SACD which can be reviewed as well as listening to a few samples http://www.telarc.com/sacd/title.asp?sku=SACD%2D69082&mscssid=NBGNGU82DSAQ9MTN8A2C074A78DN3KW8. I'll certainly return to this SACD occasionally, but it could have been much better done accoustically IMO.
