This is beautiful performance and recording. Litton's tempi are just right and Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra plays perfect. Performance is attractive, BIS label's recording balance is marvelous. Highly recommend, indeed. |

Excellent performance in all ways. St. Paul's acoustics is long and perfect for this massive choral work. Multichannel recording is stunning, specially in Dies Irae movement.
