I was looking forward to this Blu-Ray and I am not disappointed. It sounds great. What I am diasappointed with is the download ... only MP3!? What? The first song So Far Away does not sound quite right ... but after that it is unbelievable. The balance in the mixing sounds fantastic. I would claim that "Your Latest Trick" is the perfect Surround Sound Song. I highly recommend this album. I still do not quite understand how SACD did not take-off ... more |

I am relatively new to Jazz. I love this SACD. I listen to it over and over again. I have researched every musician on the album. All extremely talented. You have to hear this in SACD! Listen to track 6: Lay Lady Lay. The drum is so clear over the standard CD. It just jumps out at you. You can hear the rhythm of it so better. I can not recommend this SACD enough. |

I think this is a quality mix. I do not think this is the best of the Who. I have listened to it 5 times. It does grow on you ... I would not say that all the must is jaw dropping.
