This SACD has a perfect start: the Star Wars main theme in multi-channel! Probably the best recording of the “Main Theme” available. Jerry Goldsmith’s last score was not used for the movie it was intended for. After the testscreening, “Timeline” had to be re-edited. According to the booklet, this SACD recording was the first (original) movie soundtrack recorded using DSD technology.
